Ladies that LEAD is a unique equine-based leadership training combines leadership development with mentoring. Our energizing workshops focus on helping you become a strong focused team player and effective leader, while serving as a mentor to a foster girl ages 8-17 years.

LEAD helps women and foster girls understand how to develop themselves as leaders,  LEAD shows you how personality and attitude affect leadership style and behavior so you can leverage this knowledge to become a more effective leader and person. Including horses as part of learning activities is an especially powerful method of involving girls in teamwork, problem solving, leadership, communication, relationship building, and self-authenticity. The horses are powerful "coaches' because they reflect how you are perceived by others. They are an honest mirror for you to see your old pattern behaviors while you safely find new growth, inner peace, fulfillment, and life purpose.

Our goal is to make a difference in your life by assisting you in enhancing your leadership skills and connecting you with a special young lady to serve as a mentor.

Why is Ladies that LEAD important?

For women and young girls to be prepared for work/school and to interact with others, they need to develop and enhance their personal leadership skills. Our Ladies that LEAD leadership training prepares women and young girls to manage time, work as a team, set goals, start conversations, and be a more effective communicator.
